Promostockpicks.com is advertising heavily around the net. This is one is a doozy! They have a very spiffy website complete with youtube videos of members thanking them for their absolutely amazing picks. This should be enough to make your internal alarms start ringing!
Beacon equity research is a legit promoter, they have a very small and difficult to read disclaimer on their profiled companies, but it is a disclaimer none the less.

Allpennystocks is a legit promoter, clearly defined disclaimer with compensation details for their paid profiles. Not all stocks listed on the site or mentioned in their emails are compensating them.
This is a promoters website, all the companies listed have payed to be there. The claims that their goal is to “identify the best stocks on the small cap market BEFORE they start moving”. No where is it mentioned that they are paid to promote these featured companies.
